Brand Realty Services Limited is a full service Real Estate brokerage company operating on its own and also through a network of Real Estate Advisors and Agents.
1) Brokerage shall be charged on any Buying / Selling / Renting requirements given by all the visitors to the website wheather individual , broker or company.The current rates of Brokerage are 1% (ONE PERCENT ) of total consideration in case of Buying / Selling and ONE MONTH of rent amount in case of Renting , which becomes payable immediately on successful completion of the transaction.
2) No Brokerage shall be charged in case of bookings in any New Project.
3) There are no charges for other services like Property Alerts, Expert Opinions ,etc. |
